nx-12 keypad query

I'm a newb. I have the nx-12 manual. I've read it all. I have the
master code & program code.

I wish to use Feature 6 to dial my mobile in the event of an alarm.

My problem is: When I get to enter/store the data via the keypad the
manual states I need to press the [?] key. My keypad obviously has no
[?] key anywhere.

What is this [?] key?
