Hi guys!
Unfortunately, Honeywell has donated a large sum of equipment for our
use. I am now constantly reminded WHY I refuse to personally use their
equipment! Frustrated and pissed off! Coming from a guy who easily
program a NApco MA3000 via keypad, I'm at my wits end with this garbage!
Compass Downloader Question: IS it possible to direct connect to a
Vista20P from a pc via a CIA2400 modem and NOT hve the damn thing wiat
for a callback? Is it only possible to connect via the modem with a REAL
telco line either connected to a panel or via two lines: one at the pc
and one at the Panel? I was under a misunderstanding that you can
connect via a pc/laptop with just the CIA2400, a 25pin to 9pin serial
cable, the wacotel cable from ademco and a panel? Guess I'm stupid!
