Simon 3 and Uplink 1500

Hey guys, long time no see.

Question...Is the Uplink 1500 compatible with the GE Simon 3? Has
anyone actually used this combination? A prospective customer has, and
wants to keep his Simon, but wants to add cell backup. While I know
I'll need an aux power supply for the Uplink, will the external siren
output on the Simon trip the Uplink?
