And does it follow, that if your business was thriving, you'd not have
time
to provoke conflict?

In this case, it would seem that the only "nasty 'little' man" offering
vitriol, would be you.

It still is apparent that, in spite of the fact that you blatantly
provoke, you
act as if you are not the blame for the discord you cause. How much
more
obvious could it be that it is you who kindles the strife?

Again, I'll ask .........can you define a purpose to your conduct?
