Any one handle Charlotte Nc are familar with 5800 silent knight series

One of my telecom customers here in Pa. I sub to occasionally  has a large
college housing  project in Charlotte NC  and needs a tech familar with
Silent knight 5800 panels to trouble shoot several of the panels that are
having trouble issues. can any one in the group help out or recomend some
one who can help them.
