Have You put in your country code by set up ? ( NX 8 V2 )

* 8   9713  0 #  213 #  X *  #   ( where X is your country code for spec.
settings ) then exit , exit.

You wil  need to progranm the system again.
also try to set the time ? , thats also not working when your country code
is on factory set ( zero )
