Those Brinks inspections are just a joke to get their foot in your
door...somehow they get leads from Realtors, often if you decide to go with

Sometimes ADT will leave the keypad wiring disconnected behind the
keypad...check that. OR...a Realtor disconnected it because it was beeping
for low battery, power fail, fail to communicate.

Check the wiring at the keypad.

| There is no phone line hooked up to it at this time either, so I'm not
| worried about ADT finding out I've done something or triggering a
| police dispatch.  As far as I'm concerned, I own it and can do what I
| want with it.
