Video monitoring

I was wondering if any one can recommend a system that can do the
following. Digitally Record at least 4 cameras at a full 30 fps each.
Allow access to the video over the Internet with a flexible
configuration that allows for using any port that is available(not
blocked by your ISP).
Record Audio as well as video.
Have software to sense motion on the cameras that will then send an
email alert as well as use a modem to call or page someone.
