Looking for good video surveillance software...

Having a hard time finding software that meets the following
requirements:

1) Multiple cameras from both video capture cards and IP netcams.
2) Motion detection - Must be quick and evaluated at each frame during
an event. The really crappy software will stop detection after
recording starts until the pre-defined recording time elapses.
3) Motion detection mask with hi resolution. An example of one that
would not be acceptable is a limited 5x5 mask.
4) Must be able to trigger an application based on a motion detection
event.
5) All the typical alerts - email, pager, phone, etc.
6) Remote log viewing. I have cable modem, so POTS integration is not a
requirement.
7) Must be integrated. None of this running multiple instances of the
same software for each camera.
8) Must be stable and reliable. Can't crash, or fill up the hard drive.

So far, the only package I'm aware of that meets these requirements is
go1984, but it's $850 for the Enterprise edition.

I've looked at a ton of applications, but none of them do *all* of
these.

It's a real shame that Gotcha! never evolved. It had the best motion
detection, but the software hasn't been updated in 8 years, so it's
pretty much dead.

Pluses:
1) Multiple motion detection zones in one camera with seperate
sensivity and alarm configurations for each. i.e. I want to record when
the car drives out in front in our cul-de-sac, but I only want to be
informed when someone walks up the walkway.
2) Auto tuning for plants. A real good detection algorithm will tune
out plants that blow in the wind so that they don't require masking off
seperately.
3) Object detection and tracking. Knowing the difference between a
human, vehicle, and a dog, etc. Obviously this is pie in the sky type
stuff.
