You are probably going to be out of luck. Unless the keypad was installed
and sold through ADT or an authorized dealer, you will find out that the
keypad was probably acquired through illegal means.

If that's not the case, contact ADT directly everyday until they replace it
for you. Honeywell will not provide you with an RMA number.

If I were you, I would not bother with the 6270 keypad. It is proving to be
a keypad that is poorly designed, due to its high failure rate.
