I do download panels I've never seen however I know how to keypad program
them all if needed which was my point

Also downloading is not my major job function, neither is tech support

And many of those tech support/sales guys apparently know nothing about
keypad programming

I also carry a laptop on every installation I do these days however it's to
access pdf's while KEYPAD programming not for downloading

No thats okay, if you knew me you'd say I was a sinner

I've yet to be able to walk a customer through code changes on DSC, Ademco
or ITI/Caddx products, mostly because they are extremely easy to do

Can't say that about Napco

In the 2 minutes it requires just to connect to any Napco panel I'm already
off the phone after walking them through it

(time it sometimes, thats how long it takes)
