Two pilots who created quite a scare in Washington won't face charges for
straying into restricted airspace.

A spokesman for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security says the intrusion
near the White House appears to have been accidental.

The scare prompted an evacuation of the White House and the Capitol.

A pilot and student pilot were taken into custody after they landed their
Cessna single-engine plane.
