DSC 832 Communication Trouble

I have a DSC 832 system. After I hooked up the phone line, I tested the
system to phone a test number just to test the phone line hook-up. It
called the number just fine, but the trouble light is on because it
failed to communicate with the "central station".

How do I reset the system and get the trouble light to turn off?
