Sentrol used to make one..can't remember the model number. I used a few =
of them--dunno about a 'film' of water though. It was a two piece unit a =
small box about the size of a pack of cigs and a little sender unit that =
looked like an alarm contact that you mounted on the floor and wired to =
the small control box which in turn was wired to alarm zone.
