That reminds me of something.  Younger techs around here probably don't
remember the old days before there were things like PC's, faxes, etc.  In
those days the only way to send information from office to office was on a
cart pushed by a clerk.

One day a guy working in the inter-office mail room at Bristol-Meyers had a
clever idea.  Instead of sending entire messages people would break
information into "packets" which could be written on 3x5 cards.  The cards
were inserted in a pouch which was strapped to a trained rabbit.  The rabbit
would go from office to office, carrying information packets about.

The rabbit's nick name?  The "Ether-Bunny", of course.  :^)
