At least in the customers that I deal with (Maryland through GA) Foil is a
thing of the past. I always found this method interesting and saw my stepdad
do it with an AC lampcord many years ago but I feel now that a well charged
battery would do it as well, I really don't want the liability of telling
the guy to apply 117Vac to a foil loop.
