Radio Shack Safe House 49-450B Manual

My wife's church just replaced the batteries in their Radio Shack Safe House
49-450B security system but they don't have the manual to reprogram it.  The
RS Web site has all the technical details (specifications, installation,
panel pictures, troubleshooting etc.) but no owner's manual for the
programming from the keypad.

There are a couple of these items (or similar) on eBay but don't want to buy
one, just need to know how to program it, it was working fine before their
power failure.

I've searched the Web and newsgroups but haven't found any references that
would point me to a good source.

This particular newsgroup appears to support the professional community more
than the do-it-yourselfer so do apologize for the intrusion.
