i doubt its a camera wire, as its in a closet, but depends what the
other side of the wall is, and if its a basic balun then its going to
be a bad install just like that.

Looks more like a power wire, or contact as it looks like it has a
staple in it.
Could be anything, I wouldnt worry about it.
