If you read the instructions, they're not going to ship you the equipment.
You'll be contacted by an installer who will *install* the equipment for
you.  You'll also have to pay the monitoring fee (which is pretty high IMO
considering it's in US dollars and we charge $15.00 CDN) and sign a three
year contract.  Looks like they'll refund your money ($9.95) as well but I
think that only applies if you don't qualify.
