Check it's not xplmedianet dhcp by looking in the support\dhcp\loader.xml
and making sure enabled="n"

Otherwise I suspect you have a dhcp server running, but have manually given
your exstreamer the .2 address

In which case, for a quick fix, stop xplmedianet, change exstreamer ip in
clients.xml to something else, change the exstreamers fixed ip via it's web
interface to the same value, start xplmedianet, boot mvp
