A big thanks to Steve for his work on the graphics (sorry steve, haven't
used them all as I ran out of time for skinning - and the install file is
huge already, will include them in a separate download later)
Actually, if steve cares to look in the 'about' menu on the mvp he'll see
his name 'up in lights' as a further thanks for contributing to the project
