Stand-Alone Hub Warning

There seems to be something up with the installer - on my machine it's
started putting the shortcut in the startup folder, even on WinXP so it
tries to run both as a service and console app. It doesn't do any harm
(the console app will fail to bind and quit), but I thought I'd mention
it before anyone wonders what is going on.
