True.......Personally if it had xPL Integration i would purchase it purely
for the graphics stuff....

Looking forward to your comments when you have had a play...

I am downloading the software for a wee play - I am not so sure it would
work though, for the same reasons we didn't see anything happen with
autom8it.

Essentially, xplhal does much of the same things as CQC. When we spoke
about autom8it, there was a certain desire to get xPL support there, but
the question arises pretty fast - if you can get access to a whole stack
of free applications via a general xPL interface, why would you then pay
for the actual vendor modules to do the same things?

My fear is that the happy cooperation with CQC would last right up until
someone pointed out a way to do something for free in xplhal, rather
than in CQC!!

Still, it would be wrong to be pessimistic from the start - there's a 30
day eval of CQC, so I'll give it a wee whirl.

Ian.

Hi Guys
Anybody working on a nice front end for xPL ...???
I have been lurking on the CQC Forum as im really impressed with the
work Dean is doing...
Have previously requested the possibility of an xPL interface ....There
looks like there maybe a xAP interface on the cards.......

Would be nice to have a nice front end especially for xPLMedianet.....
Have a look at the CQC stuff ,its not free but looks great....from my
understanding you can create your own graphics quite easily .........
