Yep -- the request can come from anywhere at anytime and you're sole
"responsibility" (technically, you could ignore it, but what fun
is that) is
to spit out a heartbeat message -- the same you'd be sending out anyway, so
heat.app and config.app are equally fine -- whatever your device would have
sent out at that point if it were doing it's regular heartbeat.

I also reset my hbeat timer, but that is just a matter of preference --
there is no requirement or even suggestion to do so.
