configuring xplhal manager

I have follwed the directions from the web site for setting up the
xplhal manager and when I click on configure, I receive a blank screen.
I have activated xplhal and downloaded the plug in library. At the
bottom of the page it states "xpl-xplhal.f6r6e51"(which is the
name of
my conputer)and the version #. Nothing is in the left hand screen. Can
someone help?
