That did it!!!  I just changed it to .aspx and it turned my light on with
out the machine debugger starting!

I can take it from here!  Hopefully, in the future, newbies like me can
search on stuff like this to help them get started.

Thanks for finally figuring out a great solution for me.

it should have a .aspx extension like some of the other xplhal web
pages.  look at the source code for some of the xplhal .aspx files.
