xPLMediaNet: MVP WMV Transcoding

Hi all,

Have decided to drop the ability to transcode wmv files using mencoder.
This
is'nt quite correct as the code will all exist still, it just won't be
configured in the xml file as a standard option.

Unless patched mencoder doesn't outout to stdout, so can't be used for
transcoding. The only patched version I've found is designed for tivo
(which
will be supported).

Once the first xplmedianet has been released I'll look at the possibility
of
applying the stdout path to the latest version of mencoder and try that for
wmv transcoding. Else try to find an alternative method.
