It's those blocks that just flash.

I guess it must be the dongle.bin file then.

A minute or so, the 4th of the 5 blocks across the bottom of the screen
takes the longest (this is where dongle.bin is being transferred).

If you get past the screen with the blocks along the bottom, to the 2nd
screen where it says it's searching for servers then it's booted the image
ok.
