I did most of the original xPL integration work, but I don't think many
improvements have been made since the original support was added.

Unfortunately I don't use SlimServer anymore, and haven't really kept up
to date with it's development.

Anyone else on here handy with Perl?

I'd be happy to take a look, but unfortunately my ToDo list is already
so long, it'd probably be ages before I got around to it.
