RE: xplmedianet menu navigation

If you take the hierarchy Artist/Album/Track it is more natural for me to
select enter to go to the next level. If I want to play all the albums for
a
given artist then either selecting 'play all' in the Album sub menu or
pressing the 'play' key when the artist is highlighted on the main menu is
more in keeping. The same logic applies when selecting Albums and tracks.

Hi all,

Am considering a change to the way menu's are navigated

Currenty in xplrionet (and xplmedianet) you have to navigate to the lowest
menu option

E.g. if you view by album and want to play the album you have to navigate
to
the next menu (tracks on the album) and then choose play all

I think it should be split into options (e.g. for Rio pressing enter plays
the album without going down a level, pressing ffwd navigates down a level
for individual track selection)

Do we:

A) leave it as it is

B) split into 2 options (as above) and remove the "play all" from
the menu

C) split into 2 options (as above) but still have a "play all"

Thoughts/comments please?

'C' is my favourite at the moment...

Thanks
Tony
