Ok, so a media message always starts with command= and a command

Then the required options.

For something like mute (where you can either toggle, or explicitly set
on/off) and volume:

Command=mute

And

Command=mute
State=on/off

And

Command=volume
Level=30

And

Command=volume
Level=+/-10

Ok, will write up a better representation of the schema for checking, when
I
get to the xpl stuff.
