A simple core.

It reads xplmedianet.xml "core" section and loads any dll's in
the list and
starts them running (dhcp only so far, but nfs etc won't take long). It
also
passes info to the module, such as datapath to use (e.g. the main dhcp
config is in the master xml, but dhcp module uses a dhcp.xml for the
clients).

Am not going to bother with 'shared service ports' for now, as I don't
think
it's going to be necessary. i.e. dhcp is dhcp (xplrionet only accepts
requests from valid clients, but as you shouldn't have 2 dhcp servers
running this was pointless - may as well service all requests if dhcp
module
is enabled). Might be some issues about sharing nfs, but I think I have a
way around that anyway.

Regards
Tony
