Within the install folders all files need to be readable, and clients.xml
and data.mdb/ldb (and dhcp.xml if used) need to be writable. I _think_
that's it.

Though there are some open commands still in the code that may need write
access (though they don't actually write).

At one time the mp3 tracks had to be writable, but I think this issue was
resolved
