xPLRioNet - Can't get DELL to work

Hello..

Need some assistance please.

Just got a Dell Rio, plugged it into the network, power etc switched it on
expecting it all to work and....


Well the Rio displays Music Server Not Found
the clients.xml displays:

XplHAL see's the potential RIO
I have enabled RIO in xplrionet
logging.txt tells me this:

It seems as though the RIO isn't getting an IP address....

I have enabled the DHCP in xPLRioNet with a different range to the SBS 2003
DHCP server but still nothing...

Any ideas / thoughts please???
