Newbie Question

Forgive me if my question appears to be stupid.

Before I install XPL and try to configure it, I need to know if this
is the best software available for my very simple needs.

All I want is a VERY simple WWW interface to control my X-10 devices
using my webserver (IIS 5.1). I do NOT wish to do macros, timed
events, or anything complex.

Can somebody help me get started with the least amount of steps to
make this work?

Thanks so much!
-Michael
