No, it's not allowed - I don't have a raw packet monitor to hand to
check, I guess the OCX and .Net libraries are forgiving enough to handle
the bad space...

I think in the xPLHAL 'send xPL message' dialog an extra space is
pre-pended to the default source address field. Is this allowable in xPL
and if so should it be treated as the same address as the device that
doesn't have the space at the beginning or is it a different device ?
