I don't have a Rio, but lots of xPLers appear to have them. They
seem to have problems with bitrates as low as 192k, so I'd say that
needs fixing pretty urgently.
By voting A, I would also avoid having to keep up with the (more
than) daily new releases ;-)
Of course, if you prefer B, that's what you should really do - it's
your spare time that's going on this, and it's harder to concentrate
and make progress when you'd rather be doing something else...
