Well i've implemented the buffering, it's user configurable between
8kb and 128kb per client. Also, you can choose 0 for no buffering
(seems ok on a lan - and much better than waiting 20+ seconds with
shoutcast that i have to with the tuner at the moment).

Once i can work out how to detect a dropped client it'll be ready
for release.

That reminds me, must add support to xplrionet to control tuners...
