XPLRIONet Colours

I was experimenting with changing the MVP screen and changed the buttons
however the colour came out differently from expected green rather than
blue, the background colour was correct and so were the white elements, I
am running V3.8W, if I recall I selected web compatable colours, is this
correct?
Also is there an easy way to change the placement of the three (now four, I
guess) buttons from the bottom of the screen so tha come down the side of
the screen?
