xPLRioNet v3.8x released

Hi all,

Have just published xPLRioNet v3.8x at www.xplhal.com

New in this version are:

a) webcams.xml now supports dynamic filenames (see readme.rtf and
webcams.txt)

b) if you have skinned the main mvp menu you can add an
mvp\images\menuxpl.bmp to have the user menu available from the main
menu

c) jukebox now has view link to switch from album to artist (and
vice versa) jukebox view

d) new mvp movie/picture menu browse view introduced

e) bug fix for error in jukebox mode where no albums available to
display

f) bug fix on filtering in mvp picture/movie menus

The update package contains the same files as v3.8w (though
webcams.xml has been renamed webcams.txt to avoid overwriting). If
you are already on v3.8w you only need to update xplrionet.exe and
copy the folder.bmp file to <installed folder>\mvp\images

The jukebox artist view shows album covers by artist but as some
albums can be by multiple artists and therefore could appear more
than once under each list then each album is shown only once and the
view is sorted by album name order within artist index. Obviously
despite this being an artist view when you click on an album cover
it plays the album, not the artist. Hope that makes sense!

The mvp browse menu for pictures/movies previously had two views
(toggled via 'full' key on remote) which were "all pictures as
thumbnails" and "text folder view".

Now a 3rd view has been introduced that is an amalgam of the 2. It
is folder structured as per the text view, but is presented as
thumbnails as per the thumbnail view (hence the folder.bmp, which
you can obviously edit or replace).

Regards
Tony
