Actually this _is_ implemented in the code, but disabled. Mainly as
I didn't want to cause extra work for people with their own skinned
menu's.

Can reactivate it if required, will make it a skin only option
rather than standard.

Not really practicle at the moment, as it would be too slow and
cause issues with he various views/layouts.

The next release will have the following modifications:

a) allow dynamic filenames for webcams

b) mvp menu change as above

c) artist order version of jukebox view

I think the webcams stuff is my personal favourite feature at the
moment
