As it turns out, I did have logging enabled anyway, so here's the
relevant lines from the log file.  Looking at it I suspect the
failure is due to this particular track being named in an odd way -
ie with the track name including the artist and album name too.  I'll
rename them (and convert to mp3 - I didn't even realise I had any
wmas!) and try the scan again.
