Hi all,

Have just published xPLRioNet v3.9.23 at www.xplhal.com

Someone asked why the icecast
http://icecast.oncomputers.info:8000/oncomputers
wasn't working

Turns out this station returns an HTTP 200 OK header, rather than an ICY
200
OK header

Have amended the shoutcast module to be less picky, and this now plays for
me.

Question: When saving shoutcast/icecast streams to disk with an ID3 header
how should it be stored and where?

My thoughts are:

tag it purely with the station name from shoutcasts.xml (this can then be
edited by the user later)

Save it as <station name> ddmmyyhhmmss.mp3 (where ddmmyyhhmmss is the
date/time recording started)

Save it to a location specified in streams.xml e.g. <saveto
path="c:\myshouts" />

Thoughts/comments?

Many thanks
Tony
