What exactly are you trying to do?
I'm guessing you're trying to control an X10 device at a particular time
of day?

If so, the easiest way to do this is to create a determinator that will
control your device, then test it to make sure it works.
Then create an event to fire the determinator at whatever time(s) you
want.
