I can't say for sure the exact circumstances but it would appear to
be something like this: if i select "play all", xplrionet will
hang
(too many songs) so i have to restart xplrionet, maybe power down the
rios, however, sometimes the dhcp.xml is blank (gone back to default),
hence the rios cant get a server ip. This maybe the source of rio's
ending up with the same ip address and hence XPLHALMGR showing two
instances of the same xpl device which in some instance can be hard to
fix.
