RE: xPL Front End

Hi All,

I'm new to XPL and I'm some what surprised the XPL does not have a front
end
already. All of these great add-on's and nothing to direct them by!

The xAP group seem to have some nice front ends going including MS Media
Centre.
This is only a OSD link but it uses MediaCenter
< <http://www.xapframework.net/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=12>
http://www.xapframework.net/modules.php?name=Content&pa=showpage&pid=12>

There is always MisterHouse as a front end! Perhaps a collaboration between
MisterHouse and XPL could be formed.

As to purchasing a nice front end, I'm not against that if it is a
reasonable price and meets the criteria/needs.

Regards,

Neil Wrightson.

I did have a look at both the MS Mediacenter SDK and the CharmedQuark
website. Then decided that it was too much... CharmedQuark is a
commercial product so that doesn't look like an option. And the
Mediacenter SDK... if somebody can refer me to a page that describes
what it really is (without the marketing hype) ?

Ian: have those ideas been posted here ?

Regards,
Tom (not having much time either)
