The latest version of the W800 service is now available from

http://www.lansell.org/mal/ha/ha_downloads.shtml

You must uninstall any previous version using add/remove progams in
the control panel.  After installing the new service, you may have
to start the service manually (it will already be set
to "automatic", so it will start on it's own after a reboot -
I've
just never managed to get it to start as soon as it is installed!)

For the multiple IP problem, you will need to edit the registry.

IIRC, you should change

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/xPL/ListenOnAddres

from ANY_LOCAL to one of the IP addresses of your PC.
