Sorry for the slow response - John B (one of the xplhal manager authors)
maintains the list - the best thing to do is make the xML file available
at a sensible web location, and mail John with the details.

For testing, naming the file "user.xml" will do the trick.

How do you add a new vendor plugin into xPLHal?

I have place the new xml file into the plugin directory to no effect?
