The best way to set this type of thing up is to setup the determinator with
no conditions, just the action(s) you want and then have a recurring event
that runs the determinator at that time. To do this set both the start and
end time of the event to 22:30.

If my understanding is correct, the time is a CONDITION, not an ACTIVATOR.

Basically, it stops the determinator running if it isn't true, ie, it's not
22:30.
If you add another condition, like an X10 ON event, the determinator will
only fire if an
x10 ON event occurs at 22:30 and no other time.
