xpl.ocx

I'm playing with a test app to investigate xPL. I'm using xPL.ocx
under Win98. I can initialize the ocx okay, but when I attempt to to
start, I receive the following dialog "Netze Vytvorit klic u
registru"
I've installed the complete ocx package. Any ideas ?
